Tomorrow is the big day–we leave for Truckee. Confirmed: Me, Dave, Ange, James… and Scott is a maybe. We’re going to BBQ some tri-tip on the deck, drink a slew of hooch, and relax with just the guys. Later I want to go to Bar of America and O’B’s, but I’m sure the others will want to go to Nevada to gamble since we’ll be so close.

Monday morning we’re playing a round of golf at Darkhorse in Auburn, and then I get to drive back to Hayward.

THEN I get to pack my bags and drive up to Chico, check into my room at the Holiday Inn, and try to get some rest for my hiring session with Union Pacific Railroad in the morning! The job will be in Chico this time, not Roseville, so I’m pretty excited.
